Chuck Black (he/him)

Chuck is currently the National Voter Friendly Campus Director at Campus Vote Project where he started working as the Pennsylvania State Coordinator in 2018. He is also a Corporate Faculty Member for Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (HU). Chuck earned his Master of Science in Project Management from HU, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Shippensburg University. In 2016, he was appointed to the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees by Governor Tom Wolf where he served a six year term. Chuck lives in Philadelphia with his cat Delilah.
