Harmony Morel, Ed.D. (she/her)

Dr. Harmony Morel is the Dean of Student Success at Oberlin College and Conservatory. As the Dean of Student Success, Harmony is responsible for supporting the college’s strategic goals by cultivating, strengthening, and oversight and leadership of the Center for Student Success which houses four functional areas including: first-generation/income eligible support; success coaching; learning enhancement across the disciplines program (LEAD); and Learning & Development as well as the implementation of a comprehensive student retention and persistence strategy. An innovative and forward-thinking leader, she is passionate about student success and excels in creating department structures and designing sustainable practices that promote efficiency.
