Juan M. Hernandez (he/him)

Dr. Juan M. Hernandez is currently the outgoing Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Title IX at Goucher College. As of May 06, 2024, he will be the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging at Curry College in Massachusetts. Dr. Hernandez received the prestigious Posse Foundation Leadership Scholarship, which allowed him to attend Trinity College in Connecticut for both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He completed his doctoral work at the University of Hartford. Dr. Hernandez serves on the CHAS Board, is a father to two little girls, Alejandra and Emilia, and is husband to Rose.
